Support Multiple Buttons Per Page

Currently only one instance of this module \ control is supported per page. In some scenarios it would be helpful to allow multiple instances per page.

Allow Custom Script

Add ability to inject custom javascript into the Google tracking script. This will allow for custom coding against the Google Analytics API.

Add option to not track based on roles

Error with web form.
The IPN notify_url is stored urlencoded. Therefore DOES NOT WORK.

Show a count of pending comments

there should be a count of comments pending approval shown to users in the moderators group when viewing the module.

Create Pager Token

Support for DotNetNuke 4.5

Update this module to support DotNetNuke versions 4.5 and greater. Currently only supports 4.9.2 and greater.
