Re: Module Last Update and DNN5

I have successfully installed and tested this module on DNN 5.4.2 with no errors. Can you please post additional information from your event viewer? The error log may help to determine what the underlying issue is that is causing the messages you are seeing.

Also, I have a few questions. Have you installed the ITLackey.Modules.PageLastUpdated.HtmlCommand.dll and turned off the Text\HTML command as outlined in the instructions? What version of the Links module do you have installed?

I've looked at the Event Viewer Log and nothing is logged about this problem.

And yes as I said in my earlier post, we have installed the ITLackey.Modules.PageLastUpdated.HtmlCommand.dll and turned off the Text\HTML command as outlined in the instructions.

The only Links module I could find was under Skin object and that module has version number 1.0.0. I also noticed that we´re using DNN 5.4.1, not 5.4.2 if that could cause a problem.

Re: Module Last Update and DNN5

So far I have not been able to reproduce this issue. I am starting on creating a diagnostic extension for this module that I will provide for you to install to get more information as to what is failing. I hope to have this complete by tomorrow evening.

Again I apologize for the trouble you are having with this module and am confident that we will resolve this issue very soon.

Re: Module Last Update and DNN5

I have completed a "Diagnostic Command" that will attempt to trap the error and log it in the sites event viewer. I will be emailing this to you directly. Once you have it please install and enable it like the Html command for DNN 5.1+. Once this is done check the event viewer for the site and report any errors that are logged from the plug in.

Please let me know if you have any trouble with this command etc.

Thanks!

Re: Module Last Update and DNN5

We're still having trouble and I emailed the log events to you a month and a half ago.
What should we do? Can we get our money back?
